Tadhana Creatives didn’t begin with a grand business plan.
In 2016, one of my clients asked if I knew another VA who could help someone she knew.
I brought in a friend, Teresa, trained her, and before we knew it, we were booking clients left and right. We’ve also managed to add more freelancers to our team.
We didn’t really have a master plan for any of it. We just had amazing clients who trusted us enough to refer us to other amazing clients.
And then they did it again.
And again.
Looking back, I think the magic was hidden in the work we did.
We don’t believe in forcing every business into the same system or workflow. We take the time to learn how you already work, understand what matters to you, and find the best way to step in. Sometimes that means fitting into the systems you’ve built. Sometimes it means helping make them a little easier.
We’re not trying to be the biggest team in the room. We simply want to be the people you can trust with the things you don’t have time to carry.
